CLARKSVILLE, AR – The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor men's cross-country team closed out the 2021 season at the ASC Championship Meet Saturday in Clarksville.
The Cru totaled 250 points to finish 8th in the meet. LeTourneau University won the ASC title with 34 total points while UT Dallas claimed the runner-up spot with 45 points. McMurry University finished third at 90 points, Hardin-Simmons was fourth with 129 points and Concordia University Texas came in fifth with 130 points. East Texas Baptist and Ozarks finished in sixth and seventh respectively while Sul Ross State trailed the Cru in 10th. Belhaven University did not record a team score in the meet.
Justin Miller was the Cru's top finisher, coming in 56th with a final time of 30:38.7. Jonathan Stirtz finished 64th at 31:33.2, Latrell Bowen came in 70th at 32:52.7 and Logan Garner's 35:26.5 finished him 73rd. Sean Reid also competed for the Cru, coming in 76th at 37:34.8.
