BELTON, Texas – University of Mary Hardin-Baylor sophomore
Nolan Williams has been named American Southwest Conference Hitter of the Week for the week ending March 9
th.
Williams, an outfielder from Salado, went 9-for-17 last week with 10 runs scored and seven RBI. Williams tallied two doubles and three home runs, earning three walks with three stolen bases. His week was highlighted by a 4-for-5 performance against North Central where he went off for two home runs, five RBI and four runs scored.
UMHB returns to action on Tuesday, March 10
th in a 1 p.m. contest at Schreiner University in Kerrville.
