DICKSON, Tenn. – University of Mary Hardin-Baylor golfer
Lucas Latimer has been named American Southwest Conference Golfer of the Week for the week ending March 31
st.
Latimer, a freshman from Rockwall, won the GreyStone Classic this week, shooting a 70-74-64=208 (-8). Latimer shot the tournament-low round on the final day at -8, leading the tournament in par-3 scoring (-3) and birdies (15). His 64 (-8) was just one stroke off the program record for low-round score.
UMHB has four tournament wins this season with two more top-three finishes. The Cru returns to action April 11
th – 12
th at the West Region Invitational in Whitney.
