Mary Haridin-Baylor Athletics

Justin is a talented and versatile player who swings a good bat. He will be counted on to provide outfield depth and could also see time as a reserve infielder.

Justin’s favorite professional sports team is the Houston Texans and his favorite professional athlete is JJ Watt. Justin enjoys listening to country music and his favorite movie is Forest Gump. Justin enjoys playing football and basketball when he’s not on the baseball field. His favorite food is chicken alfredo with angel hair pasta and says most people don’t know he went to the same school from pre-kindergarten to senior year. Justin credits his brother, Jared, for having the biggest influence on him as a person and an athlete.  

Justin is studying business at UMHB. He was an all-state baseball and football player at Rosehill Christian School. Justin is the son of Brian and Leanne Nelson.
