2024:  ASC Preseason Player to Watch … First Team All-ASC … Academic All-ASC … Started in 26 matches … hit 212 kills for a 2.14 kills per set average … added seven service aces and seven assists … added 63 digs and 88 blocks defensively … scored 269 total points … hit a season-high 21 kills against Rhodes (Sept. 22) … totaled eight double-digit kill performances. Natalie was also a member of the AVCA Beach Small College Division III Championship team. 

2023: Academic All-ASC … Started in 28 matches … totaled 171 kills for a .285 average … added 84 total blocks averaging 0.99 per set … tallied 70 digs with five assists and eight service aces … totaled 231.5 points scored. 

Natalie is studying biology at UMHB. She participated in volleyball, basketball and beach volleyball at Flour Bluff High School. Natalie was an all-district selection and a three-time Max Prep Player of the Game. She also earned the Blocker Award twice and was a AAU All-American 18s Athlete. Natalie also ranked first in the region and was the District Blocker of the Year. Academically, she earned all-district honors and was a 2022 AAU Volleyball Nationals Academic All-American. Natalie also participated in band and basketball. She is the daughter of Stanley Hughes and Natasha Holmbergh.
