Biography

Marcus is a two-year starter in center field and should once again be one of the Cru’s top offensive threats this season. He was an All-Region and ASC All-West Division selection. Marcus set a new school single-season record with 23 doubles and led the nation in doubles per game. He batted .400, added four home runs and led the team in stolen bases. He was also All-West Division, Academic All-Conference and Academic All-District as a sophomore in 2007. Marcus was an All-District baseball player at Cinco Ranch High School.
