LiDarral was named ASC Football Preseason Offensive Player of the Year in the league's annual Preseason Coaches' and Media Poll. The senior from Bremond threw for 1,862 yards and 17 touchdowns and ran for 740 more yards and 13 scores in leading the Cru to the NCAA Quarterfinals last season.
