Izzy Crow

Izzy Crow joined the Cru as a full-time staff member in August 2026.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in sport management with a communication minor from UMHB in 2025 before getting her master’s degree in Sport Administration in 2026. Izzy was a member of the UMHB women’s golf team from 2023-2026, helping the Cru to a pair of American Southwest Conference championships. Izzy was also the individual champion in 2025, earning ASC Golfer of the Year and First Team All-ASC. Izzy is the daughter of David and Rebecca Crow.
