Georgetown, TX – The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor men's and women's tennis teams split dual matches with Southwestern University Thursday afternoon in Georgetown. The Cru men posted a 6-3 victory over the Pirates while the UMHB women lost to Southwestern by that same 6-3 score. The UMHB men improve to 6-2 on the spring with the victory while the Cru women fall to 5-4 on the spring with the loss. The Southwestern men fall to 1-6 while the Pirate women improve to 5-3 on the spring with the victory.
The Cru men and women will now return home to return to American Southwest Conference West Division action. UMHB will host Texas Lutheran University for an ASC West Division dual match tomorrow at 2:00 PM at the Yvonne Li Tennis Center. The Cru men and women will then travel to Abilene to take on Hardin-Simmons University on Saturday.
