Box Score 2 Belton, TX – The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor men's and women's tennis teams split dual non-conference matches against LeTourneau University Friday afternoon in Belton. The Cru women rolled through a 9-0 victory while the UMHB men lost a 5-4 decision to the Yellow Jackets. The UMHB women improve to 9-5 on the spring with the victory while the loss drops the LeTourneau women to 4-14. The Cru men drop to 7-5 on the spring with the loss while the Yellow Jackets improve to 19-2 on the spring with the victory.
The UMHB men and women will return to action with the American Southwest Conference West Division regular season finale tomorrow. The Cru men and women will host Howard Payne University for an 11:00 AM dual match at the Yvonne Li Tennis Center. The UMHB women can clinch an ASC Tournament berth with a victory. The Cru men need a win to stay alive in the race for an ASC Tournament berth.
