Mary Haridin-Baylor Athletics

Belton, TX – The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor men's and women's tennis teams grabbed control of their matches in doubles and never let go as the Cru men and women both posted dual match wins over Southwestern University Friday afternoon in Belton. The UMHB women swept Southwestern 9-0 to improve to 2-0 on the season. The UMHB men notched a 6-3 win over the Pirates to also move to 2-0 on the year. The loss drops the Southwestern women to 2-3 on the Southwestern men fall to 0-4 on the spring with the loss. The Cru tennis teams will return to action with home dual matches against LeTourneau University next Saturday at 1:00 PM at the Yvonne Li Tennis Center.
