Belton, TX – The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor women's tennis team swept through doubles and then took wins at #1 and #2 singles to clinch the match as the Cru went on to a 5-4 victory over the College of St. Catherine Wednesday afternoon in Belton. The UMHB women improve to 4-2 on the spring season with the victory. The loss drops St. Catherine to 4-5 on the spring.

 

The Cru women will return to action with a pair of non-conference matches in San Antonio on Friday. UMHB will open the day against Our Lady of the Lake before taking on U.C.-Santa Cruz. The Cru women will then open American Southwest Conference West Division play with a dual match at Schreiner University on Saturday in Kerrville.
