Mary Haridin-Baylor Athletics

Kerrville, TX – The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor men's and women's tennis teams opened American Southwest Conference West Division play in style as the Cru men and women both swept through Schreiner University Saturday morning in Kerrville. The Cru men and women both posted 9-0 victories over the Mountaineers. The UMHB women improve to 6-3 overall and 1-0 in ASC West Division play with the victory. The Cru men are now 4-3 on the spring and 1-0 in the ASC West. The Schreiner men fall to 3-9 overall and 1-1 in the ASC West. The Schreiner women are now 1-10 overall and 0-2 in the ASC West.

 

The UMHB men and women will return to action with a return to ASC West Division play next Thursday. The Cru men and women will take on Texas Lutheran University in Seguin that day before returning home to host U.T.-Tyler for a 1:00 PM dual match on Friday at the Yvonne Li Tennis Center.
