Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 Belton, TX— The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor men's and women's tennis teams split key American Southwest Conference West Division dual matches with Hardin-Simmons University Friday afternoon in Belton. The women posted an 8-1 victory over the Cowgirls to clinch a berth in the ASC West Division Tournament. The UMHB men fell to the Cowboys 6-3 in a match to decide the West Division champion. The Cru women improve to 10-5 overall and 4-1 in the ASC West with the victory. The loss drops the UMHB men to 8-6 overall and 4-1 in the ASC West.
 
The Cru men and women will close out the regular season with 2:00 PM home matches against Howard Payne University tomorrow at the Yvonne Li Tennis Center. The winner of those matches will be the #2 seed from the West in the ASC Tournament. The loser will be the #3 seed.
