Box Score 2 BELTON, Texas – The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor men's and women's tennis teams swept dual matches against Southwestern Friday afternoon in Georgetown. The UMHB men defeated Southwestern by a score 5-4, earning victories at No. 1 doubles and Nos. 1, 3, 5 and 6 singles. The UMHB women defeated the Pirates by a score of 6-3, earning victories at No. 1 and 3 doubles and Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 6 singles. The UMHB men improve to 1-2 while the women move up to 2-2. Southwestern University falls to 2-5 on the men's side and 4-3 on the women's side.
The Cru will return to action Friday, April 5th in dual matches against Sul Ross State at 2 p.m. in Belton.
