GEORGETOWN, Texas – The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor men's tennis team closed out play and the fall tournament schedule by winning a pair of consolation titles on the final day of the ITA Southwest Regional Tournament Sunday in Georgetown.
In the flight "C" consolation final, UMHB's
Cody Aaron won with a 6-2, 7-5 victory over LeTourneau University's Jeffrey Golloday. The Cru
John Swords won the flight "E" consolation title by bearing Texas Lutheran's Dristan Weaver 6-2, 6-0 in the final.
The tournament was hosted by Southwestern University at several sites around Georgetown. The event also finished the fall season for the UMHB men.
