SHERMAN, Texas – The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor men's tennis team led after doubles but could not hold on through the singles matches as Austin College topped the Cru 7-2 Saturday morning in Sherman. The loss drops the UMHB men to 0-3 on the spring. The Kangaroos improve to 3-2 on the spring with the win.
 
Mark Vinson and Thomas Knightstep teamed for an 8-5 win at #2 doubles and Ty Marshall and John Swords matched that with an 8-5 win at #3 doubles. Austin College would sweep through the singles matches to get the win. The UMHB men will return to action with a home match against Texas Wesleyan on Friday.
