Andrew Baucum was named Golf Coaches Association of America PING Division III All-America Honorable Mention, released Friday.
Baucum was the 2021-22 American Southwest Conference Golfer of the Year and Freshman of the Year. He also earned GCAA PING All-Region 7 and All-Freshman team. Baucum totaled five individual wins in his first season with the Cru, finishing in the top-10 in 10 tournaments this season. He won the individual title at the 2022 ASC Championship, ending the season with a 72.20 stroke average. Baucum shot a season-low 63 (-9) with 10 rounds under-par.
Baucum is eighth athlete to earn All-America honors for the Cru and only ASC athlete to earn the distinction this season.
