KINGSVILLE, Texas – The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor beach volleyball split the opening day at the Texas A&M University-Kingsville Beach Volleyball Tournament. The Cru beat East Texas Baptist University 4-1 before dropping a 4-1 decision to tournament-host TAMU-Kingsville.
Mindy Conger and Saige De La Fuente won Line 2 in the second match of the day, earning a 21-16, 20-22, 15-9 win over Division II opponent TAMUK.
