IRVING, Texas – The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor men's tennis team earns its second consecutive sweep of the season against the University of Dallas 9-0 Friday afternoon in Irving. UMHB earned 8-1, 8-0 and 8-0 wins in doubles before taking wins in every singles line, including two clean 6-0 sets from
Luke Shelton at No. The Cru added two more clean matches with 8-0 wins at No. 2 doubles (
Spencer Hornbeck/
Drew Gonzales) and No. 3 doubles (
Jason Blattner/
Sam Rahm). UMHB shutout the University of Dallas Crusaders in all but one set, adding another win to move to 2-0 on the season.
The Cru returns to action on Friday, February 23rd in a 1 p.m. match against LeTourneau University in Belton.
