ABILENE, TX – The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor men's tennis team falls to Hardin-Simmons University in a 3-6 match on Friday in Abilene. UMHB starts off the day with two wins at line 1 Doubles from
Joaquim Fernandes and
Nicolas Cusano, as well as a win from Doubles line 3
Santiago Marin Suarez and
Drew Gonzales.
Santiago Marin Suarez earned a win at line 2 Singles, but ultimately the Cru fell short, resulting in the loss. UMHB now advances to 9-5 overall and 2-1 in conference play.
The Cru heads home to Belton to play on Saturday, April 20th in a 10 am match against Concordia University Texas.
