Hudson Johnson named NABC First Team All-America

BELTON, Texas – University of Mary Hardin-Baylor senior Hudson Johnson was named National Association of Basketball Coaches First Team All-America.  
 
Johnson, a guard from Salado, was named American Southwest Conference Player of the Year and First Team All-ASC. Johnson led the conference with 566 points, averaging 20.2 points per contest. He was also the conference leader with 79 three-pointers, shooting .395 from beyond the arc this season. He also ranked top five in field goal percentage (.434), free throw percentage (.822) and assists (86). Johnson added 103 rebounds and 29 steals in his senior campaign, recording 16 games with 20+ points.

Johnson was also named NABC District 10 Player of the Year, NABC District 10 First Team All-District and D3hoops.com First Team All-Region. He will also participate in the NABC Division III All-Star Game March 21st at 2:30 p.m. (ET) in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
