2016: Made three mound appearances before taking a medical redshirt. 2015: Third Team All-West Region … Second Team All-ASC … ASC Pitcher of the Week (March 23) … went 4-3 with a 2.53 era … made 11 appearances with 64 innings pitched … allowed 52 hits, 22 runs and 18 earned runs … recorded a team-high 89 strikeouts … 2014: Second Team All-ASC … led the Cru with a 0.95 Era … made 19 appearances with a 6-1 record … set a school record with seven saves … allowed just 15 hits, five runs and three earned runs … struck out 45 batters and allowed just two extra-base hits. 2013: Threw a 2.57 ERA in 12 mound appearances … recorded one save in 21 innings pitched … allowed 16 hits and nine runs with 32 strikeouts.

Aaron is an exercise physiology major at UMHB and wants to be a coach. He was a second-team all-district baseball player at Bishop Lynch High School, where he earned two letters in the sport. Aaron is the son of Gilbert and Patty Barteau.
