2016: Second Team All-ASC …  started in 38 games at catcher … hit .342 on the season with 39 hits and five home runs … scored 11 runs with 17 RBI … recorded 94 putouts with 21 assists … allowed just 18 stolen bases. 2015: Honorable Mention All-American Southwest Conference … Player of the Week … played in 38 games with 32 starts … slugged 36 hits in 107 at-bats with eight doubles, one triple and two home runs … scored 19 runs and batted in 21 more … added 78 putouts with 18 assists. 2014: Played in 30 games with 15 starts … batted .232 with 13 hits, including three doubles … scored two runs and batted in seven more … recorded 22 putouts and four assists for a 1.000 fielding percentage.

Cori is studying life sciences at UMHB with the goal of becoming a teacher. She was an all-state softball player at North Zulch High School, where she also participated in volleyball, cross country, tennis and track. Cori was named District Newcomer of the Year, District Most Valuable Player and District Offensive Most Valuable Player during her career, as well as All-Valley Utility Player of the Year. She is the daughter of Charles and Wendy Drake.
