2016: Played in 25 games with 19 starts … batted .187 with 14 hits and 13 runs scored … drove in one run and hit one double … added 27 putouts and 45 assists.

Robbie is an exercise physiology major at UMHB. He played baseball and football at Tomball High School, where he was a baseball state champion, baseball state semifinalist, all-district selection and academic all-district honoree. Robbie graduated in the top quarter of his class and also participated in Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Student Council. He is the son of Wade and Heather Gillen.
