2025: NCATA Academic Honor Roll … Competed in 11 events plus team event … scored a 9.8 in Compulsory Toss (March 19), Five Element Acro (March 14), Open Pyramid (March 7) … scored a 9.95 in Open Pyramid (Feb. 8) and Six Element Acro (March 3) … NCATA Division III Event Final Championship in Five Element Acro, Synchronized Pyramid and Open Pyramid … NCATA National Championship Qualifier in Five Element Acro and Synchronized Pyramid.

2024: NCATA Academic Honor Roll … competed in five events plus team event … set new program records in 450 Salto Toss (9.75), Synchronized Toss (9.0) and Open Toss (9.575) … won NCATA Division III Event Final Championships in Open Toss and Synchronized Toss … NCATA National Championship qualifier in Open Toss. 

Emily is an education major at UMHB. She was a cheerleader at Rouse High School, where she was a two-time Game Day Cheerleader of the Year. Emily was also a two-time NHSCC qualifier and placed first in the UCA Regional Championship and the NCA Regional Championship. She also competed for Courage Cheer at a level four, where she placed second at NCA in 2018. Emily has eight years of experience in the sport. She also participated in ASL Honor Society and Leadership Development Program with Northpoint Church. Emily is the daughter of Steve and Lori Kithil.
