Sarah was in band at Plano High School and competed at level four with Cheer Athletics. She claimed NCA titles in 2020 and 2021 and ACA national titles in 2019, 2020 and 2021. Sarah was a two-time summit qualifier, placing sixth in 2019 and second in 2021. She is studying exercise physiology at UMHB. Sarah is the daughter of Cheryl Williamson.
