2023: First Team All-ASC … Academic All-ASC … ASC Pitcher of the Week (April 3) … Threw seven-inning shutout against UTD with just four hits allowed (April 14) … Threw six shutout innings against LeTourneau  (April 1), limiting the YellowJackets to a .160 batting average … threw a 4.24 ERA on the year … recorded a 5-4 record with two complete games … allowed just 24 earned runs and nine walks in 51 innings on the mound … threw 35 strikeouts with season-high seven against Howard Payne (March 3). 2022: Academic All-ASC selection … missed majority of the season due to injury … made five mound appearances … threw 10.2 innings … struck out eight batters. 2021: ABCA-Rawlings All-West Region Team ... D3Baseball.com All-West Region Team ... First Team All-ASC ... went 7-2 on the mound with five complete games ... put in nine innings of work in ASC tournament win over Concordia Texas (May 6) ... threw 71.1 innings with a 1.89 ERA ... surrendered just 15 earned runs ... struck out 51 batters ... limited opponents to a .207 batting average. 

Andrew is a physical therapy major at UMHB. He played baseball and football at Waco High School, where he earned all-district and academic all-district honors. Andrew was also a member of National Honor Society. He is the son of Joe and Tamra Acierni.
