Biography

2017: Made Spring Academic All-Conference Team… Named ASC All-Conference Third Team… missed early part of the season with an injury… went 4-0 with a 2.43 ERA… struck out 22 and walked just eight. 2016: Made 10 starts for the Cru with 11 mound appearances … recorded a 4.22 ERA in 59.2 innings of work … struck out a team-high 43 batters … allowed just 28 earned runs. 2015: Made 12 appearances with six starts … pitched 27.1 innings with a 5.6 ERA … allowed 23 runs and 17 earned runs … gave up 35 hits to opponents’ batting .299 against him … struck out 27 batters.

Casey is a sport management major at UMHB. He was a two-time all-state baseball player at Salado High School, where he was also named Area MVP twice. Casey was also an academic all-state selection and member of National Honor Society and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He is the son of Brooke and Vickie Frazier.
