Clint will be a part of the battle for the long reliever job for the Cru this season. He could pitch his way into a larger role as he develops over the year.

Clint’s favorite professional sports team is the Houston Astros and his favorite professional athlete is Jeff Bagwell. Clint enjoys listening to country music and can’t believe he still watches cartoons. He can’t miss an episode of Duck Dynasty or the Big Bang Theory and enjoys hanging out with friends when he’s not playing baseball. Clint says most people don’t know that he had Tommy John’s surgery. His pregame ritual is to always put his right sock on first.

Clint is studying computer science at UMHB. He was a four-time letterman all-district baseball player at New Waverly High School, where he also competed in golf, cross country, track, football and basketball. Clint is the son of Donald and Sharon Brown.
