Dylan played his way into the starting line-up in the outfield last season. He is a solid defensive outfielder who should push for a starting job again this year.

2012: Made 19 starts in 22 games played … Swung for 16 hits, including two doubles, two triples and six RBI in 65 plate appearances … Stole four bases.

Dylan’s favorite professional sports teams are the Texas Rangers and the Dallas Cowboys. His favorite professional athlete is Cal Ripken Jr. Dylan’s career goal is to be a physical therapist. He enjoys hunting, fishing and playing golf when he’s not on the baseball field. Dylan says most people don’t know that he owns a great dane. His nickname is Tadpole and he can’t miss an episode of Walking Dead or Duck Dynasty.

Dylan is studying physical therapy at UMHB. Dylan was homeschooled and earned all-tournament honors at state baseball tournament. He also competed in football and golf. Dylan is the son of Mark and Cynthia TePoel.
