2025: Academic All-ASC …played in 33 games with 20 starts … totaled 18 hits and 14 runs scored … tallied five doubles, two triples and one home run … drove in seven runs on 30 total bases … stole six bases … fielded .985 with 64 putouts and one assist. 

2024: Academic All-ASC Selection …  played in 10 games … had an on base percentage of .385 … added a three-hit game against Hardin-Simmons (April 5) … recorded a 1.000 fielding percentage … totaled six hits with three runs and four RBI.

Jordan is studying criminal justice at UMHB. He played baseball at Cornerstone Christian School, where he helped his team to a state championship. Jordan was a first team all-state selection and an all-star selection. He also served as team captain and was a member of National Honor Society and drumline. Jordan is the son of Mary Ann Fernandez.
