Jordan chose UMHB to be close to family. His career goal is to become a physician. Jordan’s most memorable sports moment was throwing against Louisiana College during the 2013 American Southwest Conference playoffs. His hidden talent is football officiating and his dream vacation destination is Las Vegas. If Jordan could trade places with a professional athlete, he’d be Greg Maddux and if he could win an Olympic gold medal, he’d choose decathlon.

Jordan is studying biology at UMHB. He lettered in baseball and football at Troy High School, where he was twice named Super Centex and took home District MVP honors. Jordan is a transfer from McMurry University and the son of Jeff and Belinda Mattke.
