2023: Honorable Mention All-ASC … Academic All-ASC selection … ASC Sportsmanship Athlete of the Year … batted .336 in 35 starts … totaled 44 hits with 17 extra-base slams, including a team-high five home runs … added 21 runs and drove in 27 more … stole eight bases … split time between third base and shortstop … fielded 46 putouts with 66 assists and 11 double plays … led the team with 16 multiple-hit games … went 3-for-3 against St. Thomas (April 18) with two RBI and one run scored.  2022: Academic All-ASC selection … started in 42 games … hit .301 in 143 at-bats … recorded 43 hits with four home runs and six doubles … scored 29 runs with 29 RBI … stole 12 bases … added 30 putouts and 57 assists. 2021: ASC All-Academic Team ... started in 38 games ... hit .238 with 31 hits ... scored 22 runs with 20 RBI ... hit seven doubles and three home runs ... stole four bases ... added 33 putouts and 68 assists.  
 
Rhett is a business management major at UMHB. He played baseball and football at Midway High School, where he was a two-time all-district selection. Rhett was also named Team Defensive MVP and academic all-state. He also participated in Choir, FCA and Student Council. He is the son of Rob and Stephanie Grosz.
