Mary Haridin-Baylor Athletics

Steven is beginning his freshman season with UMHB. He chose UMHB because he liked the baseball program, school’s reputation and science and nursing programs. He also found UMHB as a place where he could grow spiritually. His goal is to graduate with degrees in both science and nursing. Steven’s dream vacation destination is Fullerton, California. If Steven could be a professional athlete, he’d be Tom Brady and if he could win an Olympic gold medal, he’d do so in table tennis. Steven’s most memorable sports moment was making a game-and-series-winning catch to keep his team’s playoff season alive his junior year of high school.

Steven is studying Biology at UMHB. He participated in baseball, basketball, football, powerlifting and track at China Spring High School, where he as an all-district and academic all-state baseball player. Steven is the son of Steven and Mary Boggess.
