2024: Academic All-ASC Selection … played in two games.

2023: Academic All-ASC selection …played in 16 games with seven starts … totaled four hits and six runs scored … hit home run against Sul Ross State … added two RBI … stole three bases.

2022: Played in 12 games with one start … scored four runs with two RBI … recorded one home run … added one stolen base.  

Tyler is a criminal justice and exercise physiology major at UMHB. He played baseball and football at Katy High School, where he was an all-academic honoree. Tyler was also involved in Cru Christian Ministry. He is the son of Kim Martin.
