2018-19: Missed the majority of the season due to injury.

Kandyce is studying criminal justice at UMHB with the career goal of becoming a crime scene investigator or homicide detective. She was an all-district basketball player at Westwood High School, where she was also named to the Central Texas High School Girls All-Star Team. Kandyce was also a McDonald’s All-Star Nominee. She played one year of collegiate basketball at Incarnate Word and is the daughter of Afrikia Shepard.
