Biography

2018: Third Team All-ASC … started in all 43 games … batted .312 with 43 hits … slammed 11 doubles with one triple and 19 RBI … scored 13 runs … fielded .978 with 150 putouts and 26 assists … caught 10 base runners stealing.

Emily is studying biology at UMHB and hopes to become a physician. She participated in cross country, volleyball, powerlifting, basketball, track and softball at Moody High School. Emily was a state qualifier in cross country, Setter of the Year in volleyball, all-district honoree in basketball, regional qualifier in powerlifting, all-state qualifier in track and all-state softball selection. She was also an academic all-district honoree in all six sports and participated in Beta Club, FCCLA and FCA. Emily is the daughter of Jesse and Rhonda Bounds.
