Biography

Abbey is a nursing major at UMHB. She was a three-time all-district softball player at Weatherford High School, where she was twice named all-county. Abbey was also a two-time team home run leader and earned academic all-district. She also participated in volleyball, HOSA, HST, FCA and Athletes for Others. Abbey is the daughter of Jeff and Dedra Cowan.
