Mary Haridin-Baylor Athletics

Alyssa is a transfer pitcher who is expected to provide depth and has good offensive potential.

Alyssa’s favorite sports team is the Texas Rangers and her favorite professional athlete is JJ Watt. Her career goal is to be a nutritionist. Alyssa enjoys listening to country music, never misses an episode of One Tree Hill or the Mentalist and enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with family when she’s not playing softball. Alyssa says most people don’t know that she’s afraid of the dark and can’t believe she watches Teen Mom every Monday.

Alyssa is an exercise and sport science major at UMHB. She was a three-time MVP and all-state softball player at Cameron Yoe High School. Alyssa is a transfer from Abilene Christian University and the daughter of David and Ramona Fincher.
