2013: Second Team All-West Division as a pitcher and utility player … recorded a 7-6 record inside the circle, pitching 75.1 innings … allowed just 34 runs and 28 earned runs … struck out 27 batters … added eight runs and 24 hits, including seven doubles and 12 RBI … recorded 153 putouts and 33 assists.

Halle chose UMHB because she liked the gorgeous campus and university size. She plans to graduate with a master’s degree in International Business and a minor in Political Science. Halle’s most memorable sports moment was Caitlin Bollier’s 3RBI home run last season against Louisiana College. Her nicknames are Hales and Sabo and her dream vacation destination is Greece. If Halle could win an Olympic gold medal, she’d win it in swimming. Her walk-up songs are “Timber,” “Best Song Ever,” and “Do My Thang.”

Halle is studying international business at UMHB. She was a two-time all-state and two-time MVP softball player at First Baptist, where she also competed in volleyball. Halle is the daughter of Ed and Tiffany Sabo.
