Biography

Jordan is a talented, experienced and versatile player who will compete for playing time at a couple of infield positions this season. She will be one of the top reserves at first base and second base and will also have a chance to play her way into a starting job. Jordan spent last season playing at Southwestern University. She played in 16 games for the Pirates and batted .286 with four RBI. Jordan was an All-District softball player at Poteet High School in Mesquite. She set the school record for RBI and played for a state semifinalist. Jordan also lettered in volleyball at Poteet High. She is majoring in business at UMHB. Jordan is the daughter of Donna and Jay Hartsell.
