Biography

Jordan was the Cru’s top starting catcher last season and she earned First Team All-West Division honors and was also named Academic All-ASC. She batted .357 with two home runs and 18 RBI. Jordan had nine multiple-hit games and three multiple RBI games last season. She started 32 games and played in 39 for the Cru. Jordan batted .317 with seven doubles and 10 RBI as a part-time starting catcher as a freshman. She will likely open the season as the Cru’s starting designated player this season and could also see time behind the plate. Jordan was an All-State and All-County softball player at Oak Ridge High School. She is a nursing major at UMHB. Jordan is the daughter of Jamey and Jeff Schrutka.
