2024: Academic All-ASC… Ran in four meets for the Cru … recorded a 6K best 26:19.5 at Watson Collegiate … added a 21:48.8 at the DBU Old Glory Gallop (5K) … finished 23 at the ASC Championships.

Amiya is a pre-med major at UMHB. She participated in cross country and track at Braswell High School, where she was a four-year letter winner. Amiya also participated in Braswell Leadership, Black Student Union and National Honor Society. She is the daughter of Antoinette Crosslin.
