2025-26: ASC Newcomer of the Year … First Team All-ASC … ASC All-Tournament Team … Academic All-ASC … ASC Golfer of the Week (Sept. 24) … played in nine tournaments … averaged a 78.50 … finished top five at Montgomery Intercollegiate and ASC Championship … had five top-ten finishes … shot a season-low 69 (-3) at the Montgomery Intercollegiate … shot a 73 (E) at the Chick-fil-A Invitational.

Julia is a marketing major at UMHB. She played golf at Westlake High School, where she was a three-time regional qualifier. Julia also qualified for state and finished in the top three at the 2023 TJGT Barton Creek Classic. Julia was also an academic all-district selection and participated in ASL Club. She opened her college career at Sam Houston State University. Julia is the daughter of John and Veronica Sosa.
