Jace joined the coaching staff in July 2025 after spending two seasons on the active roster. He is an exercise and sport science major at UMHB. Jace participated in football and track at Rouse High School. Jace was a three-time all-district selection, all-state selection, team MVP and the Charlie Rouse Award winner. Jace also holds the career tackle record with 275 takedowns. He was also a three-time academic all-district selection and earned academic all-state. Jace also served as vice president for FCA and participated in Unified P.E. Jace is the son of Joshua and Brandi Mann.
