Mary Haridin-Baylor Athletics

Nicole Leff was named assistant coach of the women’s basketball program in May 2026.

Leff joins the Cru after one year as a middle school and high school coach at a private Christian school in Austin, Texas. Prior to her coaching career, Leff played five years of basketball at Texas State University under head coach Zenarae Antoine. Leff helped Antoine and the Bobcats to a 2023 Regular Season Sun Belt Conference Championship, while also earning eight Dean’s List honors.

Leff Graduated from Texas State University in 2025 with a degree in Business Management.
