Jon broke the ASC single-game record with five sacks in UMHB's win over Louisiana College. He also had a school-record 6.0 tackles for loss in the game and broke up a pass. Jon was named ASC Defensive Player of the Week and also earned D3football.com Team of the Week honors. Jon currently ranks in the top three in the country in sacks.
