Women's tennis falls to Trinity 7-2

San Antonio, TX – The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor women's tennis team won two of the three doubles matches, but the Cru could not carry the momentum through singles in a 7-2 loss to Trinity University Friday afternoon in San Antonio. Megan and Mallory Aarhus combined for a win at #1 doubles and Penelope Kittel and Megan Richardson posted a victory at #3 doubles for UMHB. The loss drops the Cru women to 3-1 on the spring schedule. Trinity improves to 2-1 on the spring with the victory. The UMHB women will return to action with a 2:00 PM home match against St. Mary's University next Friday at the Yvonne Li Tennis Center.
