In consolation doubles, Norris and Rendon took on Sydney Anderson and Sofia Sanchez in another all UMHB semifinal and posted an 8-3 victory. Beach and Nathalie Galligan played Howard Payne's Lexie Nave and Jessenia Ureste in the other semi and claimed an 8-4 win to set up an all-Cru consolation championship. Norris and Rendon would go on to win the title by topping their teammates 8-0.

The tournament was played at the Streich Tennis Center on the campus of Hardin-Simmons University and closes out the Cru's fall tournament schedule. The event replaced the ITA Southwest Regional Tournament after several schools decided not to compete in the fall semester.
